Other Markets Minimum length of stay for the peak period from 23 December 2012 to 07 January 2013 (both dates inclusive): Seven (7) consecutive nights per booking. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Official check-in time at the Hotel is 14:00 (Time on Property) and check-out time is 11:00 (Time on Property). The villa/s confirmed as reserved will be available for occupation by the guest at the check in time on the date of arrival until check out time on the date of departure. CANCELLATIONS 01/11/2012 – 23/12/2012 & 01/05/2013 – 31/10/2013 - Cancellations received within thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 50% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge. - Cancellations received within fourteen (14) days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 100% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge. 24/12/2012 – 30/04/2013 - Cancellations received within forty-five (45) days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 50% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge. - Cancellations received within thirty (30) days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 100% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge. Bookings confirmed on Early Bird Special Rate Cancellation charge of 1 night will be charged if booking will be cancelled more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of arrival. NO-SHOWS In the event of a no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire length of stay shall be chargeable to the Key Account.
