Meal Supplements (per person/per night) Valid from 13 Jan 2012 – 12 Jan 2013 Half board dine around - USD 117 per adult & USD 58 per child (04 – 12 yrs old) Full board dine around - USD 159 per adult & USD 80 per child (04 – 12 yrs old) Christmas suplement dinner - USD 233 per adult & USD 117 per child (04 – 12 yrs old) New Year dinner supplement - USD 371 per adult & USD 186 per child (04 – 12 yrs old) Guests on Half Board Dine Around or Full Board Dine Around Supplements can dine in any operational restaurants and order up to 3-courses (appetizer, main, dessert) from the a la carte menu or buffet (as and when applicable) and are entitled to consume the half board or full board on paid nights only (not on free nights when booking one of the free night offers). Family Plan - Extra bed – one (1) extra bed is free of charge for children below 12 years of age sharing the same room with parents. Compulsory Government bed tax of US$8 per person per night is applicable for all children below 12 years of age. - Buffet Breakfast for children below 12 years of age is free of charge when dining with parents. Cancellation Policy Cancellations between 21 – 15 days prior to arrival will incur 50% charges of full length of stay Cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, no show or premature departure will incur 100% charges of full length of stay Any date and/or name change will be considered as a new reservation. Hence, cancellation policy will be enforced for such cases. Date and name changes and amendments are not accepted and will be considered as cancellation, hence a booking will be cancelled and a new reservation made. For Festive Season (23 Dec 2012 – 12 Jan 2013) full cost will be charged for all cancellations 60 days or less prior to guest’s arrival
