Bed tax is included in the comp nights. • Free HB is based on double occupancy. Additional person meal plan supplements will be charged at contracted rate. • The complete stay must fall within the validity period for the free nights to apply. • This offer is non-transferable, no cash alternative will be given and complimentary nights will not be offered retroactively under any circumstances. • These offers are non-combinable with any other special offers and are bookable as per above mentioned dates. Honeymoon Complimentary Offer (minimum of 4 night stay - notice to be specified on booking request - copy of marriage certificate of less than 12 months to be presented at check in order to qualify for the offer) All honeymoon guests will receive the following per villa per stay: 1. Fruit Basket & 1 bottle of Champagne in the villa upon arrival 2. $100 USD credit per couple per stay against the excursion of the guest’s choice (amount to be deducted from the room account at the end of the guest’s stay). No cash refund will be offered. 3. One romantic 3-course menu candlelight dinner, excluding beverages Meal Plan Supplements (applicable for all Villa types) Half-Board is included in Atoll Market Restaurant. A $75 credit per adult will apply for the other restaurants should the guests wish to dine around. No credit for the children below 12 years old. Retreat water Villa guests also can dine in Mandhoo Restaurant for breakfast. There is no HB supplement for children 12yrs or under. Nb/ During lower occupancy periods we may close certain restaurants on a rotational basis. 1. Half Board (Dinner) Nett Supplement will be USD 75.00 per adult 2. Above meal supplements are inclusive of applicable taxes. All beverages are at additional cost. 3. Meal plan basis must be same for all the days of stay. Villa Occupancy Rules 1. Sunset Water Villas, Premier Water Suites and Beach Suites (2 bedrooms): maximum occupancy of 4 adults + 2 extra beds for adults or children. (6 guests: Adults or children). 2. Retreat Water Villas and any Water Villas categories: maximum occupancy of 3 adults (inc 1 extra bed). No children of less than 12 years old are allowed in any Water Villa categories, except Sunset Water Villas, Premier Water Suite and Two bedroom Retreat Water Villa. 3. In two bedroom Retreat Water villa, children’s are allowed however, parents/guardian must sign the disclaimer form. 4. Beach Villas and Deluxe Beach Villas and Junior Beach Suite: maximum occupancy of 3 adults (inc 1 extra bed) or 2 adults and 2 children (inc 2 extra beds). 5. Guests over 12years will be charged at adult room & meal rates. 6. The Quiet Zone Pool and Bar is opened to guests aged 16 and above. The Main Pool (on the main island) is opened to all guests. Check In / Check Out / Pre-registration / Late Check Out 1. Check In Time: 2pm (1400hrs) Check Out Time: 12 noon (1200 hrs). 2. Where possible, early morning arrivals may be able to check in prior to 2pm (1400hrs) and this is subject to availability. However, to guarantee an early check in, preregistration of previous night’s accommodation is required. 3. Late check-out is 100% of villa charge, and is subject to availability. Complimentary Privileges 1. All villa types: use of the private lounge at the seaplane terminal upon arrival (including complimentary snacks and drinks and a 10 minute introductory massage offered), 1 bottle of water per villa per day, Tea and Nespresso facilities in the villa, Snorkeling Equipment & Non-Motorized Water Sports, WIFI access and wired solution, access to the relaxation lounge and the fitness centre. 2. All guests staying in a Beach Villa, Deluxe Beach Villa, Junior Beach suites, Beach Suites and Retreat Water Villas: 1 hour complimentary afternoon tea and pastries daily at the nominated daily venue. 3. All Water Villa, Superior Water Villa, Deluxe Water Villa, Premier Water Villa & Suite, Sunset Water Villa: 1 hour complimentary cocktails at the nominated daily venue. 4. Deluxe WV, Premier WV, Premier Water Suite, Sunset WV and Beach Suite: Personal Island Host Service. Cancellation / No Show Policy – (Except Sunset Water Villa – see page 2 for special conditions) 26 Dec 2012 and 7 Jan 2013 Cancellation within 60 days prior to dates of stay booked = 80% of the booked room nights will be charged. Cancellation within 14 days prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the booked room nights will be charged plus, One way Seaplane transfers shall also be charged per passenger booked. All other periods Cancellation within 30 days prior to dates of stay booked = 25% of the booked room nights will be charged Cancellation within 14 days prior to dates of stay booked = 50% of the booked room nights will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the booked room nights will be charged plus, One way Seaplane transfer shall also be charged per passenger booked.
