TERMS & CONDITIONS These offers are applicable for all villa categories on BB basis. This offer is valid for new bookings made between the 31st March – 22nd December 2012 for stays between 1st April – 25th of December 2012 and is applicable for two pax maximum per villa. Valid for only Asian and Middle East markets. For guests staying in a combination of different villa categories, the complimentary nights will be offered in the lowest villa category chosen. The complete stay must fall within the validity period for the free nights to apply. Free nights are on half board basis (double occupancy). Free HB is based on double occupancy. Additional person meal plan supplements will be charged as per rates given below Additional nights and pax will be charged at the contracted rate. Bed tax is included in the complimentary nights. This offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be given. The offer name 4x3 Stay Pay + HB for stays between the 1st April – 25th December 2012 must be mentioned on the reservation at the time of booking in order for these offers to apply. Complimentary nights will not be offered retroactively under any circumstances. This offer is non combinable with the contracted or any other special offers and is subject to stop sales. Any increase in bed tax or any other new tax would be charged to the Tour Operator as per contract. Cancellation policy Cancellation within 30 days prior to dates of stay booked = 25% of the booked room nights will be charged Cancellation within 14 days prior to dates of stay booked = 50% of the booked room nights will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days prior to dates of stay booked = 100% of the booked room nights will be charged plus, One way Seaplane transfer shall also be charged per passenger booked. Complimentary Privileges All villa types: use of the private lounge at the seaplane terminal upon arrival (including complimentary snacks and drinks and a 10 minute introductory massage offered), 1 bottle of water per villa per day, Tea and Nespresso facilities in the villa, Snorkeling Equipment & Non-Motorized Water Sports, WIFI access and wired solution, access to the relaxation lounge and the fitness center. All guests staying in a Beach Villa, Deluxe Beach Villa, Retreat Water Villa: 1 hour complimentary afternoon tea and pastries daily at the nominated daily venue. All Water Villa, Superior Water Villa, Deluxe Water Villa, Premier Water Villa, Sunset Water Villa: 1 hour complimentary cocktails at the nominated daily venue. Deluxe WV, Premier WV and Sunset WV: Personal Island Host Service. Check In / Check Out / Pre-registration / Late Check Out Check In Time: 2pm (1400hrs) Check Out Time: 12 noon (1200 hrs). Where possible, early morning arrivals may be able to check in prior to 2pm (1400hrs) and this is subject to availability. However, to guarantee an early check in, pre-registration of previous night’s accommodation is required. Late check-out is 100% of villa charge, and is subject to availability. Honeymoon Complimentary Offer (minimum of 4 night stay - notice to be specified on booking request - copy of marriage certificate of less than 12 months to be presented at check in order to qualify for the offer) All honeymoon guests will receive the following per villa per stay Fruit Basket & 1 bottle of Champagne in the villa upon arrival $100 USD credit per couple per stay against the excursion of the guest’s choice (amount to be deducted from the room account at the end of the guest’s stay). No cash refund will be offered. One romantic 3-course menu candlelight dinner, excluding beverages. Rate Rules (applicable for all Villa types) Guests staying between 25 Dec 2011 and 15 Jan 2012 (incl.) must stay a minimum of 7 nights. Infant Age up to 2 years (exclusive), Child Age 2 to 11 years, Adult Age 12 years & over. Infant cots are supplied free of charge and must be booked in advance. Infant Bed Tax (currently USD 8.00 per night) will be added to the Tour Operator invoice. Compulsory New Year’s Eve Room Supplement of USD 300.00 per Adult & USD 250.00 per Child (31 DEC). This is not a gala dinner – no meal included Meal Plan Supplements (applicable for all Villa types) Half-Board is included in Atoll Market Restaurant ($93 credit per adult and $47 per child will apply for the other restaurants). Retreat water Villa guests also can dine in Mandhoo Restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Half Board (Dinner) Nett Supplement will be USD 93.00 per adult & USD 47 per child (from 2 – 11years old) per night. Above meal supplements are inclusive of applicable taxes. All beverages are at additional cost. Meal plan basis must be same for all the days of stay.
