The following compulsory supplement to be paid during the free nights for all room categories - Bed tax of USD 8.00 per person per free night to be invoiced Any additional meal supplement per person per free night will be invoiced Free Nights Special Offer: Valid for all stays completed between 01.May.2013 to 30.September .2013 • 4=3: Stay for minimum 3 nights and get 1 additional night Free on BB basis. • 8 = 6 Stay for minimum 6 nights and get 2 additional nights Free on BB basis. The following compulsory supplement to be paid during the free nights for all room categories - Any additional meal supplement per person per free night will be invoiced to the Contract Partner as per contract based on the meal plan booked. Honeymoon Offer: Valid for all room categories – per couple per stay Applicable for clients traveling within 6 months from the date of wedding and applicable for minimum 4 night stays. A copy of the wedding certificate has to be shown at the resort on request. • One (1) bottle of wine and Chocolates in room. • One (1) Honeymoon photo in Baros Photo frame. • One (1) Candlelit dinner for two persons (menu set by resort) All clients arriving on this offer should be advised to the resort at the time of booking. The candlelit dinner is applicable for clients booked on any meal plan. If clients are booked on HB, the contracted meal supplements will still apply for the entire stay & will be compensated with lunch during their stay. MINIMUM STAY PERIODS A minimum stay of 5 nights is required for all guests staying within the period of 27, December 2012 – 10 January 2013. No departures will be accepted on 30 and 31 December 2012. CANCELLATIONS Cancellation Policy: (applicable for all dates except 23 December 2012 – 10 January 2013) All cancellations informed to Universal: • Within 7 to 15 days prior to client’s arrival: 50% of total cost for the stay will be charged • Within 3 to 7 days prior to client’s arrival: 75% of total cost for the stay will be charged • less than 3 days prior to client’s arrival: 100% of total cost for the stay will be charged Cancellation Policy: (applicable from 23 December 2012 – 10 January 2013) All cancellations informed to Universal: • Less than 29 Days from the date of arrival: full cost for the stay will be charged
